Yummy Belgian Cafe
The Yummy brand is a cafe specializing in authentic Belgian waffles and will be the first of its kind in the United Arab Emirates. These waffles can be enjoyed with a variety of toppings such as chocolate, jams, honey, ice creams,nutella, fruits, strawberry, banana, raspberry etc.
Along with catering to an international audience, the cafe also engages in some additional Arabian flavors that will favor the Arabic pallets of the country. A menu of beverage compliments will also be provided at the cafe from a range of hot and cold coffees, teas and 'Yummy' signature smoothies to provide the guests with a holistic dining experience.
The cafe itself will embody an elegant and comfortable waffle house ambience. Neutral colours such as brown, whites and beige will give a relaxing feel to its ustomers where as the eye catching orange Yummy logo will attract customer attention.
The interactions with the customers is the key to customer satisfaction and at 'Yummy' the staff are well trained in waffle preparation and customer communication with a mouth-watering and affordable menu that provides an all in all customer satisfaction.

Yummy Waffle is a traditional Liege Waffle native to the greater Wallonia region of Eastern Belgium. They are an adaptation of the brioche bread dough, featuring chunks of pearl sugar that caramelizes on the outside of the waffle when baked. It's delicious favors has made it one of the most common type of waffle available in Belgium and prepared in plain, vanilla or cinnamon varieties.
The Yummy Waffle is prepared from the 'So good' waffle dough inherited from 300 years of culinary tradition of the Liege waffle praised everywhere in the Belgian Kingdom and beyond. The waffle dough produced at 'So Good' uses only the finest ingredients and preservatives from Belgium.
The waffle itself is available in a variety of flavours such as Vanilla, Cinemon, Apple Tatin, and Walnut etc. The waffles can be eaten in a variety of ways, either plain, sugar dusted or with a combination of add on's as per our customers tastes. Our toppings range from honey, jams, chocolate, and flavours of gelato ice creams etc.
Along side the delicious waffles the cafe also specializes in signature Yummy smoothies and hot and cold selection of coffee and tea. Special Arabic Coffee and Date syrup toppings are also available to cater to the palettes of our Arabic customers.
